VCRMM: Chapter 254

Special Chapter: Future Two

The black-haired young man who was suddenly hugged was stunned. After a long time, his eyes widened suddenly.

He reached out a trembling hand and touched the man’s chest.

It was real!

The solid, warm body of life…

The young man tentatively reached out his hands, wrapped his arms around the man’s waist and buried his face in his chest.

It was really…

He didn’t go through. He really hugged the person!

The warmth he hadn’t felt for many years made his eyes redden all of a sudden.

He didn’t know how many years he had been in this world. Maybe ten years? The trees in the mausoleum had grown in a circle and the leaves had gone from sparse to lush.

He had been trapped here.

No one could see him and he had no way to touch any object. He was a transparent soul, living alone here day after day.

He even forgot some memories of his previous life.

He didn’t know whether memories were stored in the human body or in the soul.

He didn’t remember much. He tried his best to stop it, but he still forgot a little bit every day.

Sometimes, if he tried hard to think about it then he would remember some of it. However, most of it disappeared with time.

Sometimes, he wondered if he would really leave this world when he completely forgot all memories of his life. That might be a relief for him.

He never thought that one day, there would be a person whom he could touch, hug and feel warmth from!

The black-haired young man was overjoyed.

Then he remembered what the man had just said. ‘I finally… found you…’

The young man tried to break free from the man’s arms, but was held tightly. He had no choice but to stay put.

“Do you know me?”

He listened to the man’s heartbeat in his ear and couldn’t help asking, “Are you going to die too?”

So the man could hold him before he died? But something seemed wrong…

The young man frowned with a bit of confusion.

Si Sheng was deeply immersed in the joy of regaining what he had lost. He hugged the young man tightly, fearing that this person would disappear from his life again if he wasn’t careful and fearing that this was just an illusion.

“Lord God…”

Hearing the young man’s words, Si Sheng was startled. He gently let go of the young man, but his arms were still around the young man, trapping him so that he couldn’t escape. “Don’t you remember me?”

He stared at the young man with lowered eyes and spoke in a hoarse voice.

This was the first time he had seen the young man and knew what he looked like.

However, he knew that the person in front of him was the god he had been searching for and waiting for 15 years!

The emotion in the man’s eyes was so strong that the black-haired young man was stunned. He felt some indescribable emotions in his heart.

He rarely experienced such strong emotional fluctuations… this discovery made him somewhat happy.

It was because he had a mysterious feeling that when he lost all his memories and emotions, he would disappear completely. However, he didn’t want to disappear.

“I think you look familiar.”

The black-haired young man looked up at him and asked in a confused manner, “Why do you call me Lord God?”

“God… is that my name?”

It shouldn’t be, right? He felt something was wrong.

So… what was his name?

Si Sheng stared at the other person deeply. The name of his god… he once again recalled the memories he had received from that distant universe and time.

Those truths…

He couldn’t help closing his eyes in pain.

At this moment, he felt a cold hand touching his face and fingertips gently wiped away his tears.

“You seem sad. Why?”

“Is there anything I can do to help you?”

The young man’s tone was really gentle. It was a voice Si Sheng had always treasured in his memory.

Si Sheng closed his eyes again, letting the tears flow down. He hugged the young man in his arms again, suppressing his tears and saying, “I won’t be sad as long as I am with you.”

“I have been looking for you for a long, long time. I finally found you…”

“So you didn’t abandon me…”

“Lord God, please don’t leave me again…”

The young man buried his face in the man’s chest, listening to his low whispers. Some vague images emerged in his mind.

The blond-haired man in a snow-white military uniform waved his sword. In the bright spots of light, he knelt down on one knee and swore allegiance…

The image was a bit blurry. He didn’t remember anything else except for the blond-haired man, but he still remembered his joyful mood at that time.

“Ah, so we really know each other!” The young man said happily.

He reached out and patted Si Sheng on the back, whispering,

“I’ve always been here.”

“I am trapped here and can’t leave. Is it because I have been waiting for you to find me?”

“But are you going to die now? You seem to be seriously injured. Who beat you like this?”

What was their relationship?

The young man recalled the scene that just appeared in his mind. Could it be that they had a superior-subordinate relationship?

But he didn’t think so.

If they were simply a superior and a subordinate, this man wouldn’t have such strong feelings for him.

He cried…

Si Sheng took a deep breath and tried hard to suppress the uncontrollable emotions in his heart.

He loosened his arms again. His gray-blue eyes stared into the young man’s black eyes. Seeing the young man’s translucent body, he smiled slightly and asked, “Do you want me to die or live?”

The black-haired young man looked back at him and frowned. This question was too strange.

“It would be best if you could live.”

How he wished he could have life again.

“But…” The young man pursed his lips and looked at the smile on the man’s face. He stretched out his hand and gently touched the corner of the man’s lips with his fingertips.

It was hot. It was the temperature of tears and blood.

“If you recover, can I still touch you like this?”

He asked somewhat cautiously.

The man grabbed his hand, put it to his mouth and kissed it hard, startling the young man.

He wanted to pull his hand back but the man held it tightly.

“Of course, you can. You can touch me anytime and anywhere. I am yours, Lord God.”

Si Sheng held his hand. He raised his other hand and grabbed the air. The power that had originally dissipated from his body was gathered back again.

The breath of life in his body became strong again. The blood staining his body gradually disappeared.

Once all the strange visions disappeared, there was no trace of blood on the blond-haired man’s body. But he still looked powerful and dazzling.

“I’m sorry that you had to see me in such a state of disgrace when we met again after so many years.”

He still held the young man’s hand tightly.

“It is my fault that I took so long to find you. I don’t expect your forgiveness.”

Si Sheng glanced at the mausoleum next to him.

If he had known that Snow Roland would become the host of the Lord God, he would’ve never allowed Snow to be killed like a traitor. But…

He understood too late.

He looked at the young man again and pleaded in a low voice, “It is fine no matter how you want to punish me, but there is only one thing… Please never leave me again, okay?”

The young man was still looking at his hand with a dazed expression. It was the place that had just been kissed by the man.

Hearing these words, he thought for a moment before asking, “Answer a question for me first.”

“What is it?”

“What is our relationship?”

Si Sheng’s heart skipped a beat. He stared into the young man’s warm, dark eyes and his lips curved gently. “We are partners.”

Future partners.

The young man blinked, looked at him suspiciously and hesitated. “You mean… you are my boyfriend?”

Si Sheng nodded sincerely. “That’s right.”
