Thoughts:  Romance in this novel is extremely small. ML barely shows up and sometimes it is hard to understand how they got together. It mainly shows MC’s rise in the sprinting and hurdles events, rejuvenating China’s track and field team. After the main story ends, there is an extra where he is reborn with the ML and instead of joining the field and track teams, he does ice skating instead. These extras also have quite a few chapters and is almost like another short novel. Read if you like sports novel and the hot-blooded feeling of MC competing with others.
